- Mature business (8+ years in operation)
- History of stable, healthy, profitability (Multiple years of pre-tax profits between $500,000 – $1,500,000)
- History of recurring revenue
- Diverse and loyal customer base
- Strong culture and loyal employees
- Located in the DC-metro area, or fully remote
- Preference for technical, B2B, businesses – manufacturing, technology, automation, IIoT, industrials, and their related technology, software and services; but open to other adjacent industries
